We work with Royal Roads faculty and staff to record various live events on campus including lectures, presentations, panels and seminars. Recordings can be shared online afterwards.
We can also livestream your event, so viewers can virtually attend in real time.
Where to record
There are two options for optimum results:
- Centre for Dialogue in the Sequoia Building.
- Dogwood Auditorium (for larger events)
Faculty and staff can book these spaces through EMS Campus.
Request video recording
To request video recording, complete the video recording request form.
We provide minimal post-production edits for video recordings. If your require extensive editing and post-production throughout your project, we offer video production services.
Timelines
To help us meet your recording needs:
- Submit your video recording request at least five business days prior to the event date.
- Allow five business days after the recording date for video completion.
- Allow 48 hours notice for cancellations prior to the event date.
Model release
Royal Roads University reserves the right to use their names or recorded images for promotional or educational purposes.
Everyone captured on video must complete a model release form.
