- account issues (MyAdmin, PCS Portal, and Academic Accounts)
- RRU software support (Moodle, Office 365, etc.)
- accessing email
- general IT questions (excluding hardware and software issues on personal computers)
- computer requirements for online learning
- internet and network configuration (while on campus)
