Transcript requests

Your transcript is the official record of your academic activity at Royal Roads. It includes all your programs, courses, grades, and credentials.

Ordering your transcript

We no longer print or mail paper transcripts to students or other recipients.

RRU uses MyCreds™ – Canada’s digital document wallet to issue your official transcripts in a secure digital format. 

Digital transcripts issued through MyCreds™ are certified and official and can be securely provided to educational institutions, employers and other organizations.  You will also be able to download and print unofficial PDF copies of your transcript from MyCreds™.

Transcripts are produced using the grades as displayed in MyAdmin. That means students are responsible for ensuring that all their grades are recorded in MyAdmin on the MyGrades page before ordering their transcript, and that their contact information is up to date including email accounts.

Step 1

Submit a transcript request online through your MyAdmin page. Transcript requests will be uploaded to MyCreds™ within 3-5 business days. 

Step 2

When your document is available you will receive an email from MyCreds™ including a link to register for MyCreds™ and activate your account. Once you have set up your MyCreds™ account you can pay for and share your transcript. Note, you will need to purchase at least 1 share credit to be able to view and print your pdf version.

Transcript fees

The charge for issuing a transcript is in accordance with the University's approved ancillary fees. If you owe fees or fines to the university, you’ll need to pay them before you can begin your transcript request.
