Founded in 1999, the Royal Roads University Student Association (RRUSA) is a incorporated society run by students, for students, and is seperate from the university. Most undergraduate & graduate students at Royal Roads are members of RRUSA. RRUSA provides advocacy, representation, services and events for Royal Roads undergraduates. Additionally, RRUSA oversees the Universal Bus Pass (U-Pass) program and the undergraduate extended Health & Dental Plan. RRUSA members additionally qualify for RRUSA-funded Awards & Bursaries.
Each year, RRUSA holds elections for its student governance positions and throughout the year, has opportunities for students to join committees.
