About Benjamin Morgan
Benjamin Morgan (2023 RRU MA in Professional Communications Alum) was accountable for the municipal communication efforts during the 2013 Calgary floods and the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfires. Through his consulting work, he has supported local and international organizations through crisis and risk communication training, exercises, and event support including: the World Bank, the United Nations, the Pan American Health Organization, the State of Connecticut, the City of Edmonton, the City of Saskatoon, the City of Burnaby, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, the University of Waterloo, and more! He was associate faculty with Royal Roads University for 7 years, teaching crisis and risk communication in the School of Humanitarian Studies and the School of Communication and Culture.
