Guest speaker Dr. Phil Cady: Polarity Management – The Missing Logic for Systems Transformation
In both personal and professional settings, we often face recurring challenges that resist resolution despite our best efforts. These dilemmas, known as “polarities,” involve opposing ideas that cannot be solved but can be managed effectively.
In this interactive session, Dr. Cady will introduce Polarity Management (Johnson, 2020), a powerful framework for navigating the “either/or” mindset and embracing the genius of the “and.”
Learn how to distinguish between problems to solve and polarities to manage, recognize polarities in your environment, and explore strategies for balancing them to foster systems transformation.
