Community Hub(s) Map

Dr. Dale was awarded Research and Professional Development funds to build a new conversation series with leaders of community health centres, community hubs and individual leaders.

We are just completing a highly successful biodiversity series that ends in June 2018 with the publication of a biodiversity conservation action plan for Canadian decision-makers, https://www.changingtheconversation.ca/upcoming_conversations. The next e-Dialogue series will convene the leaders of community health centres, community hubs and individual leaders working with the homeless and addiction in neighbourhoods across Canada. We will convene this new conversation series in September 2018. Prior to convening these leaders, we need to do an environmental scan and map the hubs and identify the individuals across the country, publishing a map, similar to our map of social innovation labs that can be seen at https://www.changingtheconversation.ca/social-innovation-labs
