Transformational Learning in Higher Education – Integrating Sustainability in Business School Curriculum

Dr. Fearon was granted Research and Professional Development funds for a research project examining how to maximize sustainable business and living practices through the business school curriculum.

Research undertaken will explore the intersecting areas of transformational learning, management education and social change. The impact of integrating sustainability into business school curriculum will be considered with an aim to better understand how to maximize the likelihood that integration efforts can foster positive change in terms of the development of attitudes, values and behaviours that are conducive to making sustainable business practices and sustainable living a reality and a norm.
