Towards Thriving Children: Stories of Innovation

Dr. Manion was awarded a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Institutional Grant for a research project that explores new and innovative approaches in child development.

This research identifies innovative approaches to supporting children to thrive, share evaluation practices, and distill key lessons. Using interviews and digital stories it seeks to identify and amplify case studies where social innovation has enabled successful implementation of policy, practice or processes that illustrate child-focused initiatives across sectors that protect children and promote their wellbeing.
