The Social Integration of International Students at Universities

Dr. Du was awarded Internal Grant for Research to support the development of research project to connect international researchers to examine social integration of international students.

Built upon the Global Advancement research project, this proposal seeks support to develop a network called ISE (International Student Experience). It will connect 11 researchers from 7 countries including Finland, France, Germany, Australia, Canada and the United States of America. This proposal also supports developing a bid for a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) grant to bring the members together in Canada to discuss the field-work progress, the presentation of research findings and publishing projects.
