Top ten good reads
Each year the National Institute for Digital Learning, located in Ireland, produces a list of top 10 "good reads" from journal articles published over the course of the year. These articles focus on the general areas of blended, online, and digital education, and are the best reads of the year, recommend for educators, researchers and policy-makers with an interest in the area. Two lists were produced this year – one for research and scholarship in the general area of digital and one for COVID-19 specific publications. The lists include two articles co-authored by Dr. George Veletsianos, his colleagues, and student research assistants.
The articles are:
VanLeeuwen, C., Veletsianos, G., Belikov, O., & Johnson, N. (2020). Institutional perspectives on faculty development for digital education in Canada. Canadian Journal of Learning and Technology, 46 (2).
Johnson, N., Veletsianos, G., & Seaman, J. (2020). U.S. faculty and administrators’ experiences and approaches in the early weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic. Online Learning, 24(2), 6-21.
