Within the Master of Arts in Leadership Studies program at Royal Roads University, the balance between online and in-residence learning was great. I loved the flexibility of completing the course work online. The flexibility to fit learning into my schedule was valuable, and the on-campus residency was collaborative and people- and process-centric, which was also of tremendous value to me.
