Safe disclosure form

This Anonymous Disclosure Form allows anyone within the Royal Roads community to disclose information pertaining to concerns about the occurrence sexual violence or misconduct within the Royal Roads community without sharing any personal information. 

If this is an emergency, please contact Royal Roads Security at 250-391-2525 or call the Police at 9-1-1. 

A Disclosure, whether anonymous or not, does not typically result in a formal report or an investigation. A disclosure initiates an informal process, and provides the opportunity to explore resources, support and/or reporting options.

If you choose to disclose personal identifying information, such as your name, during the disclosure, you may request that your identity remain anonymous in following procedures.

Please note, while we can support you in making an anonymous Disclosure, we are not able to receive an anonymous Report (Reporting refers to providing a formal statement about an incident of sexual violence to an individual or institution that has the authority to take action and can lead to a formal investigation).
