Planetary Health Leadership

Wanda Krause received a Research and Professional Development grant for a research project to create an overarching framework for planetary health through different streams of thought.

This research seeks to provide an overarching framework for supporting planetary health that bridges western and non-western thought and leadership practice. By researching different wisdom traditions, it hopes to find ways to better address wicked problems of our challenging times based on regenerative practices they teach and follow. The assumption driving this inquiry is that it is imperative to work with holistic, systems, and inclusive understandings of leadership to be successful. It hopes to bring awareness to marginalized approaches and teachings in the literature and leadership curriculum and how critical these are to the concept of planetary health.
