Tammy Dewar brings a down to earth, entrepreneurial and hopeful attitude to her teaching, coaching and consulting. She has a passion and expertise for helping leaders deal with employee and team morale, engagement, trust, and/or conflict issues through fast response action research, coaching experiences and customized learning strategies. Dewar encourages and challenges people to transcend whatever limitations they may think they have. She loves living in Victoria and enjoys the local food, wine, festivals, sporting events and amazing recreational activities.
Experience
Dewar is a partner at Calliope Learning with her husband Dave Whittington. Their consulting company specializes in leadership and team development, executive and team coaching, and whole systems facilitation and coaching. She joined Royal Roads in 1997 as associate faculty and has taught in the School of Leadership, School of Business and Executive Education.
