As a thought leader, consultant and practitioner, she works alongside her clients, students and colleagues to co-create safe spaces for people to show up as their whole authentic selves and engage in conversations that matter.
She has spent her career committed to transforming processes, systems and cultures, grounded in the fundamental belief that as human beings we can change the world.

Sinive brings more than 20 years of experience in career development, learning and development, organizational development, equity, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development to her coaching practice from both the public and non-profit sectors in both Canada and New Zealand.
