Business

Originally from Austria, and having lived in Singapore and the UK for ten years, I am a professor and have been facilitating undergraduate, graduate and executive education classes since 1997, both online as well as in the traditional classroom setting.

Before focusing on teaching in the online environment, I was assistant professor and deputy head at the Institute of International Management, University of Graz, Austria, and established my own research and advisory businesses in Singapore and Hong Kong.

My interests include organizational behavior, leadership, international human resource management, cross-cultural management and coaching.

Experience

Besides my businesses, I have been facilitating classes in organizational behaviour and HR, leadership as well as strategic management and international management at universities in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Dubai, Germany, Austria and Canada.

I was also a member of the advisory panel to the INSEAD Financial Education for Women initiative FinEdX and co-authored the book Wealth Wisdom for Everyone, which was accompanied by a 26 episode TV series on Channel NewsAsia.

Having interests across many areas, I have completed various courses in the areas of art, medicine and management.
