Janice Christenson

Executive Education

Janice Christenson is an international award-winning project management professional specializing in consulting and training development. She focuses her consulting efforts in the areas of project office development and operations. Christenson is often recognized by clients for her expertise in team building and stakeholder management. She is a current member of the ProjectWorld*BusinessAnalystWorld advisory board. As a past member of the Victoria PMI Chapter she served in various roles including chapter president. While not managing projects for others, she co-ordinates her own home renovation and house building projects.

 

Experience

Christenson is the co-founder of the Project Management Centre of Excellence Inc.  She has held numerous senior project management positions in the public sector, including roles as project director in the B.C. government. She currently provides a wide variety of project management training development and consulting services for private and public sector clients. Consulting clients include HP Advanced Solutions, BC Assessment and the District of Saanich. Training and curriculum development clients include the University of Northern British Columbia, San Diego Gas and Electric, and the Department of National Defence.
