Jan Carley is a Professional Certified Executive Coach and CEO of Creative Coaching Group based in Vancouver, B.C. Known as a Possibility Catalyst, she specializes in inspiring executives and teams to clarify their vision, leverage their signature strengths to maximize their performance potential and create and follow-through on business strategies to achieve remarkable and sustainable results. Challenging her clients to smash limiting paradigms that are barriers to their success and supporting them as they create transformative new possibilities in their businesses has made Carley a sought after business coach globally. Also an author, her latest book, The Overtone Effect, gives a proven, step-by-step system to maximize personal and organizational success.

 

Experience

With more than 25 years’ experience working in senior management in the professional non-profit world of the performing arts, Carley brings a progressive whole-brained approach to her executive coaching programs. Besides her one-on-one coaching work with executives and her coaching and facilitation of their leadership teams, she has established an important niche globally as the “Inner Coach of Barbershop.” In that role she has coached dozens of internationally competitive a cappella choruses, their leadership teams and thousands of singers worldwide to shift and expand their operating cultures and mindsets to ones of positivity, possibility and excellence as they prepare for the pressured demands of international singing competitions.

She is a professional Mentor Coach and  is a certified facilitator of the Strength Deployment Inventory ®, a tool for improving communication and relationship effectiveness and managing and reducing the costs of conflict.
