Dr. Rezania graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science from Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
He is a chartered professional accountant, whose research focus has been on the study of leadership coaching, management control and accountability in projects.
Experience
Prior to completing his PhD in Management at ESADE Business School in Spain, Rezania led several large-scale IT projects on implementing data warehouses and customer relationship management systems for ABN AMRO Bank, AEGON Insurance and Rabobank International.
He has published more than 20 peer reviewed journal publications. along with several peer reviewed presentations.
