  • David Black, associate professor in the School of Communication and Culture, spoke to CHEK news about the cooling real estate market in BC and the potential impact tariffs could have, and to the Times Colonist about Saanich Council pursuing an alternative process to seek approval from citizens for $9.615 million for infrastructure projects.
