Natasha Dilay is a dynamic communications professional with a career marked by diverse expertise in community engagement, employment services, marketing, and business development. Her work in career education has spanned the post-secondary sector, having worked in private and public colleges and universities.
Her passion for supporting students’ connection between academic learning and real-world experience has driven the formalization of Royal Roads University’s centralized experiential learning services. In this role, Natasha is responsible for the oversight, risk management, quality assurance, and expansion of career education, team coaching, and work-integrated learning. Natasha is also an associate faculty member in the School of Humanitarian Studies, teaching the academic Field Practice.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Applied Communication and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Royal Roads University. Through her research and work, she has witnessed the impacts of embedded career development learning on students’ self-efficacy and career capacity.
