Lorisha Bühler

Lorisha is passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion. She offers a distinctive perspective as a racialized woman and adoptee raised in an Italian-Swiss household within a predominantly white European community.

Lorisha is a proud alumna of Royal Roads University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies. She is deeply committed to advocating for equitable access to education and employment, recognizing the importance of looking beyond colonial frameworks to address systemic barriers and create meaningful opportunities for marginalized communities.

As an HR Consultant, Lorisha is dedicated to supporting RRU in improving policies, procedures, and practices that create fair and accessible opportunities for all individuals.
