Leaders Learning from Leaders Video Series

Dr. Bishop received Buttedahl and Skene Learning and Teaching Innovation Funds to develop a video and virtual dialogue to discuss values-based leadership.

Across the globe there has been a declining trust in leadership across all sectors. Despite a high lack of faith in the system, employees are turning to organizational leaders to respond in these challenging times. Values-based leaders are leading the way in re-establishing trust and transforming cultures for innovation and sustainability. Drawing from the MAL XL Leaders Learning from Leaders Series, a video will be compiled showcasing the wisdom of high-profile values-based organizational leaders. An event will be hosted to showcase this video and to dialogue about what might be the needs and opportunities for further values-based leadership education/research.
