The MA in Conflict Analysis and Management (MACAM) program provided me with a new perspective to examine conflict, as well as new skills to assist in managing it. I use these skills every day in my ongoing interactions with other levels of governments and industry. I have enhanced my management ability, and I have grown as a leader. I know the knowledge and expertise I have gained will continue to enhance my work performance.
I consider my time at RRU as one of the best experiences of my life, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
