Indigenization and secolonization in the School of Leadership Studies

Dr. Heykoop was granted Research and Professional Development funds to present on indigenization and decolonization in the School of Leadership Studies in respect to learning, teaching and research.

Royal Roads University faculty and international colleagues shared innovative and creative approaches to learning, teaching, and research to support leaders to courageously lead at the edge and contribute to systems transformation at the 22nd International Leadership Association Conference in San Francisco from November 5-8, 2020. These presentations highlighted RRU’s role as a hub of leadership in learning, teaching and research.
