ILA 2019 4th ILA Women & Leadership Conference, Santa Cruz, CA June 16-19, 2019

Dr. Rowe was awarded Research and Professional Development funds to attend the Women in Leadership conference to enhance scholarship in the area of women and leadership.

I will engage in networking and conference chairing/moderating roles at the 4th Annual Women in Leadership conference, June 16-19th, Santa Cruz, CA. My purpose in attending this conference is to enhance my scholarship in the area of women and leadership (which is consistent with my area of studies and research) and to network with fellow scholars and practitioners on collaborative research initiatives.
