This project employs an innovative “ride-along” live case methodology to chronicle the daily operations of a social enterprise tourism operation in Hue, Vietnam. The company employs local female university students to provide customized motorbike tours of local sites for tourists. The enterprise’s goals include empowering young Vietnamese women, providing its staff with leadership development opportunities, and supporting a number of Hue-based charities include the Hope Centre. The key goal is to provide a live case that can be used by various programs at RRU, including the MA in Tourism Management program, as well as other programs at RRU.
