“Royal Roads University has become a popular institution to obtain a leadership and/or education-specific graduate degree, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I did a lot of research before committing to a program, and RRU was the one institution I kept coming back to. I contacted a number of people who had attended various programs, and heard nothing but good things. I had high expectations based on my conversations with alumni, and even after having a relatively good concept of what I was getting involved in, my expectations were blown out of the water. Everything about my experience was outstanding.

I wanted a program that specifically catered to a cohort model, as building relationships with classmates allows for more collaboration and effective discussion. The on-campus residency enabled our cohort to build relationships we otherwise wouldn't have been able to, and I enjoyed being able to meet the people I was interacting with online.

I am now more aware of my strengths and how to adapt to other leadership styles, and cannot wait to see where the future takes me.”
