This is real-world learning.

“Having experienced the big, impersonal schools, the ones with 300 students in every class, my time spent here at Royal Roads University has been markedly different. With small classes of just 30 students, I feel like I’ve gotten to know my instructors really well and have enjoyed many opportunities to work one-on-one with my fellow hospitality classmates. Our teachers and guest lecturers have ranged from hotel GMs to industry experts from across the globe, each one ready and willing to share their professional experiences. In short, this is real-world learning.

Blending theoretical and practical education with international internships and hands-on experiences, the BA in International Hotel Management is truly geared towards getting students ready to go out and work in the hospitality field. Just being here on the RRU campus has made me healthier and more active. The setting is beautiful (you can’t really say more than that), and there is a great campus rec centre that offers all sorts of exercise classes. Everything about RRU, from the skilled instructors to the natural West Coast environment, is conducive to a healthy learning experience.”
