Join us on March 20 for the premiere screening of Shih [Interconnectedness], exploring Indigenous and arts-based approaches in environmental communication.

Writer, director and producer Geo Takach will be joined by editor and cinematographer William Morrison. 

The documentary explores intersections of environmental communication, arts-based creation and Indigenous ways of knowing that was prompted by Takach’s move to BC to work at Royal Roads University.

The film features Butch Dick, Warren Cariou, T. Patrick Carrabré, Shannon Leddy, Hilary Leighton, Russell Johnston, Leslie King, Francis Erasmus, Mo Dawson and Damian John.

The film runs from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and will be followed by a panel discussion, audience Q&A and reception from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
