As a post-secondary student, taking care of your health and wellness doesn’t always make it to the top of the priority list. We understand that studying while balancing a plethora of other responsibilities (and getting through a global pandemic!) is no easy feat.
To provide support to our students and acknowledge World Mental Health Day 2021, our Counselling and Learning Strategy team will host a virtual fall workshop series to build community and explore strategies for developing personal, professional, and academic resilience.
Managing School Anxiety
This session will offer:
- An introduction to anxiety and how it shows up in our academic lives
- Tips and strategies for preparing for tests/exams
- Strategies for managing “imposter syndrome”, and lack of confidence
Please register on LibCal to reserve space in this session.
