Dissemination of Research: Annual International Conference on Communication and Management

Dr. Rekar Munro was granted Research and Professional Development funds for an academic conference in Athens, Greece to present research on climate leadership and multi-generational workplaces.

Rekar Munro has been invited to participate in a keynote panel discussion and to deliver a workshop at the International Conference on Communication and Management to be held in Athens, Greece April 15 - 18, 2019. Rekar Munro has been asked to provide thought- leadership insights based on her 11 years of research on the multi-generational landscape. Specifically, Rekar Munro will be discussing: 1) the transition from the current Baby Boomer leadership climate to millennial leadership; and, 2) organizational preparedness for the tipping point in the new reality of our multi-generational workplaces.
