Disruption to dynamism: Democratizing leadership education and development as the globe shifts

Dr. Krause received Research and Professional Development funds for a session to showcase a group of panelists who worked with online platforms during a time of global disruption.

This session showcases a group of multicultural and intrapreneurial panelists who have navigated, learned, and worked with online platforms to bridge and strengthen learning, participation, development both cross-culturally and internationally. They will share their lived experiences and best practices forged during unprecedented global disruption. They will describe what works for leadership education and development, including flattening the process and the democratization of access and inclusion. Drawing from the works of Follett, Wheatley and Scharmer, they will discuss how to skillfully engage and embrace global shifts to influence and create positive outcomes for all through collaboration, participation, and global leadership online.
