Design Your Life

Dr. Krusekopf received Buttedahl and Skene Learning and Teaching Innovation Funds to develop a curriculum that applies Design Thinking Principles to career and life planning for students.

This project is to develop a "Design Your Life" curriculum for use with master's students in the School of Business, including MBA and MGM. Design Your Life is an initiative from the Design School at Stanford University that applies Design Thinking Principles to career and life planning for students. This project will include the organization and conduct of focus groups and survey for program students to determine the key topics of interest and the preferred time frame and format of program delivery. The project will identify appropriate curriculum and resources and connect to existing RRU initiatives such as Ashoka, and write a case study on the application of Design Your Life materials for mid-career students at RRU for publication.
