Conflict coaching is an emerging field in both the coaching world and the conflict engagement world. While they start off with different premises, the process and intention are shared: supporting leaders in conflict competence and in service of thriving organisations and communities. With a background in executive coaching and conflict engagement, I continue to specialize my approach in conflict coaching as it informs my teaching, research, and practice.
