Dr. Du used Research and Professional Development funds to present a paper at the Academy of International Business that used structural equation modeling in its study.

A manuscript has been accepted to present at the 2018 Annual Conference of Academy of International Business. The title of the transcript is "Cultural Intelligence, Diversity Climate and Employee Behavior: Evidence from MNE Subsidiaries in China". With data collected from three MNE subsidiaries, this study used structural equation modeling to demonstrate relationships among variables including employees’ metacognitive cultural intelligence, perceived diversity climate and creative behaviors and citizenship altruism behaviors. This study contributes to the literature by investigating how individual capabilities and contextual factors in the organizational setting co-influence organizational outcomes, and has practical implications.
