Alain C. Ngouem

Dr. Alain Ngouem is a Policy and Program Analyst in the French Language Learning Continuum Unit at the Ministry of Education and the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
Alain Ngouem obtained a postgraduate degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon and a doctorate in Economics and Social Sciences from the Technische Universität Dortmund, Germany. In 1995, Ngouem was a Laureate of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA), Dakar Senegal, and Fellow, in 2001, of the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft eV, Cologne, Germany.

Dr. Ngouem is currently interested in strategic analysis of international socio-economic movements. Since 2010, he has been a lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Equity Studies in Education (IÉPO), University of Toronto.
