Exhibit at Employer Connect: February 27, 2025

Meet and mingle with Royal Roads students at our largest annual career event: Employer Connect! This exhibitor style networking event is packed with employer and community partners and 350+ engaged students representing many of RRU’s diverse graduation and undergraduate programs. Employer Connect presents an opportunity to speed up your recruitment process, saving time and resources, with the additional benefit of showcasing your company brand.

Exhibit at Campus Connect: September 2025

Meet with Royal Roads on-campus students who are looking for part-time opportunities that can harmonize with their academic pursuits, work-integrated learning opportunities (co-op, internship, and field practice), as well as long-term career opportunities for post-graduation journeys. This event is partnered with our Student Engagement department, providing our new students with introduction to services, support, and jobs in Victoria.

Participate as a mock interviewer: March 2025, July 2025 & November 2025

Mock interview clinics provide Royal Roads students an opportunity to practice their interview skills and learn from you.  As a respected professional in your field, your insights and feedback will be an invaluable asset. You will meet highly qualified candidates looking for your input and expertise for their next career step, and possibly your next employee!

Join an employer panel

These curated events are specifically crafted to engage industry professionals in thought-provoking sessions with students. Share your knowledge and engage students in conversations that are impacting your organization and industry.

Employer roundtables and panels are a strategic way to engage with a community of professionals, provide incredible networking opportunities, and a chance to connect with students in a more intimate setting. 

Events take place throughout the year and vary from in-person, hybrid, and virtual depending on the employer and student target audiences.

Host an industry information session

Does your organization offer a breadth of career opportunities for students? Reach out and explore if hosting an information session might be a good fit for RRU students.
