Environmental and Sustainability Education within Canadian Faculties of Education
Dr. Kool used a Research and Professional Development grant for a research project to examine the state of Environmental and Sustainability Education in Teacher Education in Canada.
This Canadian inter-institutional research project will survey faculty and administrators in Faculties of Education across Canada with the purpose of assessing the state of Environmental and Sustainability Education in Teacher Education in (ESE-TE) focusing specifically on preservice teacher education. The present survey grows from an earlier study of ESE-TE in Canadian faculties of education, as reported in Lin (2002).
