Program Description
The Graduate Certificate in Project Management program will provide you with leading-edge instruction in project management best practices, project leadership, team dynamics and project negotiations. The curriculum delivers the progressive tools you need to contribute and thrive in this rapidly growing profession. Our combination of online and on-campus learning, gives you the opportunity to further your education while keeping your current career on track.
Royal Roads University is a Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Project Management Professionals (PMP®) can earn Professional Development Units (PDU's) toward maintenance of PMP credential upon completion of this program. To learn more contact the Centre for Applied Leadership and Management.
Upon successful completion, graduates can apply for transfer credit in select Royal Roads University’s master's programs with a portion of the tuition waived.

Who It’s For
Designed for professionals with a minimum of three years’ project management experience, this program provides you with the advanced project management skills you need to achieve outstanding results – in your organization and career. Here, industry professionals help you further develop a robust foundation in project management and apply that knowledge within an organization.
Applicants who do not have the formal academic education to qualify for admission may be assessed on the basis of both their formal education and their informal learning, in accordance with the Flexible Admission Policy.
