Neil is a leadership coach and facilitator who partners with senior leaders globally from a wide range of sectors including technology, health care, financial services, consulting, communications and public service.
Neil works with senior leaders to transform individual performance and within organizations to elevate team effectiveness. As a mentor coach he supports coaches to develop their own coaching presence and capability.
As a coach supervisor he partners with coaches to build capacity through reflective dialogue and collaborative learning. His coaching philosophy is grounded in his belief in the transformative power each person holds to harness their potential.
Experience
Neil brings more than 25 years of corporate leadership and management experience in the UK and Canada, including executive level positions.
