Kim Gunning-Mooney

Kim Gunning-Mooney has worked extensively within the health-care and government systems of British Columbia assisting senior leaders, teams and individuals. Her work focuses on helping teams to identify and achieve their goals. Specifically, she works with teams that seek to define their visions and then to create strategic plans for implementing actions that will achieve these visions. Her strength is teaching people to apply change management strategies, to attend to the humanistic side of change and to create a path for moving forward.

 

 

Experience

In addition to her teaching at Royal Roads, Gunning-Mooney does extensive consulting within the health-care system, government and not-for-profits. She has also held positions with Providence Health Care and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
