Jacqueline Lloyd Smith is a management consultant and founder of global training company StrategicPlay®. With an educational background in business, psychology and innovation, she now focuses her energy by revolutionizing how people think to solve messy problems and to improve their business strategy. Lloyd Smith also worked as a licensed partner with the LEGO® Group in Denmark, where she was trained and became a trainer for LEGO® in the method of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. In 2009, she was appointed to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training board and was on the team that helped transform the LEGO® Play4Business SERIOUS PLAY® methods model.
Experience
Lloyd Smith taught at the University of Western Ontario for more than ten years, where she developed and delivered curriculum for postgraduate art therapy students. She has also taught in the business department at Lakehead University. Throughout her career she has trained and facilitated thousands of professionals around the world, with modules she specifically developed to meet their needs. Lloyd Smith’s clients include Procter & Gamble (P&G), T. Rowe Price, Home Depot, Kaiser Permanente and the LEGO® Systems Group. She has also worked with LEGO® on projects for United Nations Summit leaders and the Clinton Foundation.
