After dedicating over twelve years to Royal Roads University, Tania Swan has joined the Career Learning and Development team as a Career Learning and Development Coordinator. In her time at RRU, Tania has contributed her skills to the Admissions team and to the School of Communication and Culture as a Program Associate for students completing the Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communication.
Tania holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria and has additional experience in the financial service industry. Tania is a strong supporter of equity diversity and inclusion initiatives. Tania also brings her experience in event planning to the Career Learning and Development team, having been the staff lead for the RRU School of Communication and Culture’s Communication Ethics Conference and creating experiences for students through field trips in Victoria and away.
The highlight of Tania’s time at RRU has been the work she’s done with international students from all over the world. She is known for fostering inclusive environments and activities, making sure everyone is represented. Tania has been supporting students at every stage of their educational journey and is now making this impact within the Career Learning and Development team.
