Sunedria Nicholls-Gaertner

Sunedria Nicholls-Gaertner joined Royal Roads University as Team Coach in May 2024. Her familiarity with RRU is grounded in her completion of the Masters in Leadership (MAL) program in 2019. Originally from Canada, Sunedria brings over three decades of international experience in central academic leadership roles, cultivating a robust global network within the realm of Education for Audiovisual Media. Certified by the German Coaching Institution, she also holds credentials as a family constellation practitioner and Meditation trainer. Sunedria is currently pursuing certification in Theory U methods and teachings, positioning herself as an Awareness Based Systems Change Practitioner. Her pursuit of knowledge is underscored by a profound commitment to personal development, leadership, and fostering team cohesion through innovative and creative approaches.
