Our two-year Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Management program is a 33-credit program delivered through a blended model which combines online learning and one on-campus learning residency. The program is designed to help educators develop a critically reflective understanding of school improvement practices, concepts and research. This comprehensive Teacher Qualification Service (TQS) approved program is aimed at administrators and teachers within K-12 educational institutions or other educational settings who want to gain skills and credentials as leaders to advance their current career or launch a new one. 

This program is now textbook-free. Students can access all of the course materials through open educational resources, e-books, journal articles and other free digital resources.
