Simon Goland is passionate about unleashing our human spirit. He believes in liberating our gifts, skills, capacities and our creative spark in order to transform the ways we engage with the world. Through his dynamic, engaging, experiential and deep transformative inner work, Goland helps individuals at all levels of organizations increase their self-awareness, own and harness their gifts and passions and step into a full self-expression of their hearts and souls in their professional and personal lives. Goland coaches, facilitates, teaches and leads retreats locally and internationally, face-to-face and virtually, bringing all his joy, passion, commitment and experience into this work.

Experience

Goland has more than two decades’ experience in executive coaching, consulting and facilitating transformative learning and development initiatives in the organizational arenas. Goland has been developing and teaching graduate level courses locally and internationally at Royal Roads University and Pinchot University in Seattle, Adler University in Vancouver and the School of Inspired Leadership in India. Goland also leads Right Livelihood Quest retreats.
