Rick Anderson’s research focuses on global business transformations including operations strategy, leadership, performance metrics, corporate governance, team alignment/program design, program management, methodologies, processes, structure, recognition, technology, change management, communications and executive coaching. Anderson is an accredited organizational culture and corporate behaviour change specialist which he weaves through each of his global business transformation programs. He has also developed models for holistic and effective transformation programs.

 

Experience

Anderson has led global business transformations for large investment banks both as an executive leader and as a managing consultant.
