Nigel Taklalsingh is a practitioner-educator with more than twenty years of experience leading strategic, operational, digital, and organizational initiatives across complex financial services environments. He currently teaches organizational behaviour, organization design, and critical thinking at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. His teaching combines foundational management theory with experiential learning, organizational analysis, and real-world business application. 

Nigel’s professional experience includes enterprise transformation, organizational redesign, digital initiatives, and cross-functional leadership across Canada and the Caribbean. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at Antwerp Management School, University of Antwerp, with research interests focused on leadership behaviour, organizational dynamics, and organizational adaptability.

Experience

Nigel has more than twenty years of experience leading organizational transformation, operational redesign, digital initiatives, and cross-functional integration within complex financial services environments. His experience spans Canada and the Caribbean and includes leadership roles involving enterprise change, organizational alignment, business strategy, operational effectiveness, and leadership development. 

In addition to his industry experience, Nigel teaches undergraduate business courses focused on organizational behaviour, organization design, leadership, and critical thinking at Concordia University.
